Hi and welcome to page six, and this is our 6Th exercise from ALL-For-Body-101
For people who do not know about us allforbody101, we are a online free weight training assistant here to help everyone with there problem's and questions to do with getting fit and bulking up. see description page for more (link at bottom).
This exercise follows the How to do shoulder shrug's, it is also a difficult exercise for beginners not one to do with a lot of weight on, you could serious hurt your self with this on if it not done correctly, see how in our video below.
We recommend you always try to have a friend or family watching over while you do your reps,
this exercise mainly works you upper body; your chest, arms and shoulder's.
You need to lie on your back, its better if you have a incline bench, then you have the dumbbell placed on your chest by a family member or friend, lift the weights up and have you arms slightly bent like shown in the video below, DO NOT have them straight.
Keep them open enough for your chest to stretch then you want to be doing a minimum of 3-6 reps with your maximum capable weight, we do not recommend a weight for you because every one is different, you need a weight which is not so easy you do lots of reps and cant't reach muscle failure, you need a weight which challenges you but DO NOT LIFT TO MUCH. Its not a exercise to mes around with.
Remember to have fun and be safe, have a friend there to help make sure you have tighteners on tight i know i seems silly buts its a easy mistake to make and try to wear cloves.
Hope you enjoy the video let us know what you think, any questions or more information you would like to learn do not be shy to ask we would love to hear from you.
